Eatello provides meal planning assistance only. It is not medical, nutritional, dietary, allergy, or professional advice. Eatello is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare or nutrition professional. Consult a qualified professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have health conditions.
Allergies and dietary responsibility
You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, food labels, preparation methods, and suitability for your own dietary needs. Eatello cannot guarantee that meals are allergen-free, safe, or suitable for every individual. Always verify before cooking, eating, or shopping.
AI-generated content
Meal plans, recipes, nutrition estimates, shopping lists, and related content may be generated or assisted by automated systems. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your needs. You must review all outputs before relying on them.
Price and availability estimates
Supermarket prices, product availability, pack sizes, and nutritional values shown in Eatello are estimates. They may vary by store, region, date, promotions, substitutions, and retailer. Always confirm prices and products before purchasing.
No guaranteed results
Eatello does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, health outcomes, savings, dietary results, or any particular outcome from using the app.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use Eatello and for any decisions you make based on generated content, including meal choices, shopping decisions, and dietary changes.
Subscriptions
- Premium features are billed through the Apple App Store (or Google Play when available).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID (or Google Play) subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Use "Restore purchases" in the app if you reinstall or switch devices.
Service availability
Eatello may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer our systems, or use Eatello in ways that violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.
Limitation of liability
Eatello is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CM Propositions and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic losses arising from your use of Eatello — including reliance on meal plans, recipes, pricing estimates, allergen information, nutrition data, or shopping lists.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
